~TexMax: I don't know how WELLCARE.stays in business, except the govt won't take action to put this company out of business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They still are abusing the clients.*In Spite of the investigation by the CMS Medicare group, this company haven't changed a bit! From a patient's point of view, however, the customer service is horrible. It is impossible to reach someone who can make a decision. I've had a problem for over * months, and I guess I'll have to go to the CEO to get my problem resolved. Not one of the worker bees knows how to do anything other than to say "No, I don't know how to do that."*Oh, and no one from this company ever calls you back, so don't fall for that line when talking with them.*Every time you called with an issue, you get different answers from different reps! Even the supervisors don't seem to get off their asses to help resolve the issue!! No body either seem to know how to resolve an issue!
