~washington dc: I have been calling this bank to show my paid off mortgage of ****. I have called them over ** times in last eight years and they have provided me with a fax number to fax a letter. I have faxed it ** times and I have not gotten anywhere. The servicing people are so stupid and act like kindergarden kids asking me stupid questions. I am not sure how these companies have become big and they have no idea how to service these loans etc.
