~annoyed: Spoke with Jack a Customer Service Representative regarding an unauthorized electronic transaction on my account. His customer service skills were horrible. He didn't take the time to listen to hear me out. He wanted to advise more than listen the customer's concern. He was operating within his limited knowledge and didn't want to involve a manager to resolve the problem.
