~beverly0807: Wells Fargo urges it's customers to report fraud immediately. But when you call the number, you are either told your accounts office is closed until Monday, or if you can reach the automated system, you are repeatedly disconnected. What kind of protection does this offer customers who have fraudulent charges on their bill? This customer tried to get the mailing address for corporate customer service and was given the address for billing disputes! All in all, horrible horrible customer service! Shame on you Wells Fargo!
