~tennisgodd: after reading you Bio I couldn't possibly see why you would bother with someone like me. But I would like to say that my first experience with your phone support was a "wrecking ball"- miley cyrus. I was not satisfied because the simple request to access my hard earned money was NOT an option. I have the worst account Ive ever dealt with. you guys call it the "opportunity" account. I simply call it the "extra mile" account because you really have to go an extra mile to pay anything( car payment, rent, ONLINE PURCHASES, and so on. The account would be great for anyone whose ** and under which i'm sure its not your target market. my frustration comes with the account not letting you do anything over *** dollars. I mean what is that? Not even an escalated issue to * senior managers they could override something as simple as a Online purchase for a ****. I am never the one to write to a company but I felt it needed to be done. If you want to be the best, you have to have the best... From t
