~EbonyWilder: I visited Wendy's at **** SW *th in Des Moines,IA at *:**pm.. My cashier was Jeremy B.. They had to give my son spicy nuggets because they claimed not to have regular ones.. The fries and the nuggets were so old.. they were brick hard.. My onions that I ordered on the sandwich werent there..nor was the ketchup.. the extra bacon was * slice when its suppose to be *.. I ordered a premium strawberry lemonade and got a regular lemonade.. The burgers were burnt hockey pucks.. I called and spoke to Faith Torode.. she claimed she couldnt find the corporate number and argued with me for ** mins,, she finally gave me the managers name and just said it was Fred.. The only Fred in the store.. Dave started Wendys with a great concept for good food and friendly fast service.... I know he is rolling in his grave at what it has become.. I am so disappointed.. Even more so .. because my entire eats here at least * times a day and now our clients nor our employees will ever go back.

~EbonyWilder: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~EbonyWilder: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wendy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~EbonyWilder: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Wendy's customers?
~EbonyWilder: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Wendy's to know who you are.
