GetHuman-228117: Westjet booking reference *******I was on my way from Edmonton to New York through Toronto today Monday Feb *nd ****. The flight from Edmonton to Toronto WS *** arrived on time. However the flight from Toronto to New York LaGuardia WS **** was canceled. **I truly understand it was the weather condition and I had no problem. The West Jet agent at counter A-** booked me on flight WS **** that departs Toronto at *:** pm. The only issue I had was that I had an international flight on American Airlines from New York JFK at *:** PM (AA ****). **I asked the agent to book me on the Westjet flight that departs Toronto to New York at * pm so I can catch my flight from New York but she refused. She was really rude and refused to help me in any matter. She said that she wouldn't really worry about me missing the flight from New York because it was not on my itinerary with WestJet. I begged her to book me on an earlier flight from Toronto to New York to catch my flight but she was simply not willin
