GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-abson16: While travelling on WS *** on July **, ****, I got very ill. To complicate matters, I was travelling with a ** year old. When I came to, I was being thoughtfully cared for my a flight attendant for the rest of the trip. Besides assisting me, she was also comforting my granddaughter with friendly banter.*As we were boarding the ambulance, a representative from West Jet, tucked his card into a pocket of my suitcase. I clearly remember him telling my Granddaughter, how important it was to keep this card as we would need to call him when we were ready to travel again. The next day, we were indeed ready to travel home and he greatly assisted us. Thank you to everyone!!

GetHuman-abson16: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-abson16: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WestJet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-abson16: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WestJet customers?
GetHuman-abson16: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WestJet to know who you are.
