~Not a happy customer: First agent (Maggie) disconnected me. Second agent (Marcia) laughed then gave me the *-***-***-**** number because i requested it. Agent (***) Stanley immediately put me on hold and transfer me to Joey - then she put me on hold after asking me the same questions over and over - then suggested I get a bank account then put me on hold to *-* minutes. What happened to "good customer service". Made me feel like a criminal.u
