GetHuman-197161: I contacted Western Union by phone with a recent purchased that I made online and can I say HORRIBLE service. The person that was helping me was extremely rude. I just needed help canceling a transfer and she kept on telling to re-read the email they sent me for directions on how to make a payment when all I needed was just to cancel a transfer. I'm for sure never using Western Union again.
