~dadkins: Money was transferred from my son's account on March **th. On April *st it was canceled. We have no idea why the transfer was canceled. They stated that they sent the ***.** back to his bank account. It is now * days later and we still do not have the money in his account. He has called * times to get it resolved. They blamed his bank. The bank has no record of the transfer and it was scooped up when they do the daily drop. I finally made the fourth call since he was getting the run around. They refused to speak with me. So I stated fine I will do a * way call with him. He is in Hawaii and I am in PA. They refused to speak on the * way call. WHY? What are you hiding? We are * days out and they still do not have an issue create for this money. I am beyond furious and do not recommend Western Union. This is our first time using it. I AM NOT impressed at all and will NEVER give them my business again. I will also never recommend this business to any associate.

~dadkins: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Western Union's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dadkins: For that I would say two out of five.

~dadkins: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Western Union to know who you are.
