~ss21: Unbelievable that I have heard much about this company and you are not out of business. Is this what happens when competition is absent?*Their website advertises that you can spend money online in a matter of minutes, but they dont specify that it will take more than ** MINUTES. It confirmed that sending money to india is possible, but I spent ** minutes going through the motions on the website. After trying two cards, I decided to speak to a cust service rep. The phone menu had no such options so I thought I'll send it by phone. I spent the next ** minutes giving my details over a painful voice activated system only to be transferred to an agent, who also took another ** minutes with me asking me for info I had already provided. He subsequently said my card doesn't work. When I asked to speak to his supervisor to know WHY I had been denied, he said to use another card and voila that worked according to him. But then he transferred me to someone else to validate my info who proceeded t
