GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Whirlpool customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JimL1: Whirlpool has probably the worst quality control of any laundry equipment that we have ever purchased. A ***** was missing that let a circuit board drag on the dryer drum, the welded seam on the drum was so poorly don that it constantly makes a loud thumping noise as the drum turns. The service man said that if he ordered and installed a new drum that in his experience it would not solve the problem. When t he serviceman checked with his manager, who supposedly had ** years experience in the field, the manager purportedly agreed with the serviceman's estimation. We spent almost $**** for the washer dryer set that we purchased, hoping for newer quiet machines. We got machines that make more noise than the ** year old ones that we gave to GoodWill. A very bad deal.
