~Servicestinks: Just want to get my statement for the month they bill me for but never send a statement. They send a bill every other month but I never can see what I'm charged for. Is this legal??? First I'm directed to a business rep. when I'm residental. Then they transfer me to the same stupid menu I had before. Can not get anyone to answer anything and you hold FOREVER.
