GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-suzanwa2: The ONLY thing this company does well is to CHARGE you and send you the bill. They are the WORST phone and DSL company I've ever had the misfortune to be with. There is no other option in this area so we are stuck. I've been battling with them for years, since they were still Alltel!!

GetHuman-suzanwa2: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-suzanwa2: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Windstream's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-suzanwa2: For that I would say three out of five.
