~cassie S.: everyday I rush to try to get through to your operator, before * p.m. And each day I start calling by *:** pm only to get either disconnected or hold. For Christmas I not only bought myself a ** piece Wolfgang Puck cookware set, I purchased two others for my sisters they are wonderful but unfortunately I had an open mind until late January when I did I discovered that one of the frying pans the medium size one had a dent in it around the rim. Not only is this unsightly, it causes food cannot stay hot, when the lid is on after you turn it off.so I'm in time to call, to let you guys know what happened and hopefully I can return the dented one and receive one in great conditionlike I plan to receive. My sisters just love there's I love mine as well, not just the dent very unsightly. I have been waiting for quite a whileto get this I just finished a great cooking class so please help.
