~ewong: We call XO in ****** to cancel our contract and call again on ******* to confirm it. We still receive their monthly charge until today *********. I call their support manager and he spent * months since ****** just try to get rid of the auto * year renew contract. Even he aware that we call them on ****** but he insisted that we still need to pay monthly charges.
