~N8Dwight: Buying a new Xbox ***S was the first mistake i made. After having it for * months (almost to the date) it was broken and had to be sent in to get a replacememnt console. The tracking *'s they gave me were all wrong (* different *'s) but thats another story. When i get my console i discover that all my DLC content needs to be bought again due to "licensing issues". Never again Xbox you bunch of greasy weasels will i spend money on one of your products. Also you are not being slick with the microsoft points that we will never ever be able to spend all the way. You got me for * bucks on that one you filthy little rodents. Oh i plan on letting everyone i know how pathetic your company is for the remainder of my career as a gamer.

~N8Dwight: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~N8Dwight: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~N8Dwight: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Xbox customers?
~N8Dwight: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
