GetHuman-199934: Had two people transfer my call in the span of ** mintues just waiting to hear someone say a word about how to fix my problem but everyone acted like they didn't know what to do and just kept transferring me so thanks XBOX ONE you blow looks like I'll be getting a PS* very shortly since this box is a hunk of junk
