GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Xbox customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pstricker: I called Xbox Customer Service and initially was connected with the wrong department. It only took about ** seconds to get connected in the right department. My Service Representative's name was Trevor and was very helpful. He stayed on the line with me for ** minutes while I tried different solutions to the problem. He was knowledgeable and acknowledged that I was as well. He was friendly during down times where I was waiting for a computer reboot, etc. Most importantly, he was able to help resolve my home network problem, something (ultimately) not even Xbox related.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Xbox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Xbox problem?
~pstricker: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pstricker: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pstricker: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Xbox customers?
~pstricker: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
