GetHuman-231507: I callled xbox, they picked a fight, yelled, screamed, refused to take my card off without it effecting my childs play time... I already paid, and not to mention the money I spent on games over the years. Xbox is treating ppl like dirt, and think they can get away with murder. If you like to contact me for same issues please do.... I am not currently try to call back after jenna hung up on me at *:** pm and I have test and I have to worry about someone stealing on my account. She has contracts and bribes, and black mail offers to fix this problem.
