~marketingspecialist: I tried to place an order for one part. While my calls were answered quickly, it took me ** minutes to order a Fuser for my Phaser ****. I was hung up on twice, called back twice, transferred * times and had to finally call back to speak with a manager to place the order. She offered no compensation except for a short, I'm sorry it took you so long.**Ever since they outsourced their customer service, I've had problems. The time has come to replace this printer and we will be going with a different company.

~marketingspecialist: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
