GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-aaronh: Yahoo Inc is an abject failure of customer service
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-aaronh: Yahoo Customer Care is an oxymoron. **It is perfectly useless with misdirection and befuddled answers by the rarely found live representative.**Yahoo Mail (the latest edition) proved problematic with painful and irritating glitches such as incomplete e-mail "spamming" to intended recipient in conversation thread.**I am forced, by Yahoo's inept and incompetent approach to customer service on fixing the problems by making it difficult to locate the live rep that is intelligent and caring, to move all emails to the rival's new e-mail account as the viable and convenient alternative and formally terminate Yahoo Mail account after ** years.**Please do not bother with Yahoo Mail in setting up the account. Yahoo Inc is selfish and greedy that make for ineptitude. **Yahoo Inc deserve to tank with the stocks and loss that will someday shutter Yahoo company for good, thanks to bad and uncaring corporate culture that depend on ad revenues and share valuation for their greedy lifestyle.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yahoo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yahoo problem?
GetHuman-aaronh: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-aaronh: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Yahoo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-aaronh: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Yahoo customers?
GetHuman-aaronh: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Yahoo to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from GetHuman-aaronh taken from his Yahoo customer service problem that occurred on November 26th, 2017.
