~Bree syrie: No one can tell me anything about the right parts I have been waiting over a week and then I got the wrong parts in four days and can't get my right parts.. I have been without my phone for a month waiting on them to get this together and they still have not. Their phones are garbage because out of the year I had my ZTE it was sent back four times and each time took a month. Now I have received a newer phone from ZTE but they sent the wrong battery and charger cord for the phone in four days and have yet to ship the correct ones and it's been * days since they were aware of this mistake all together I have been without a phone since October * they won't tell Mr **** new or explain why they can't get their **** together or how much longer it's gonna take

~Bree syrie: For that I would say five out of five.
