GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-collegem: It was my first time zipping with zipcar and instead of me driving around and doing my errands I was cleaning two of the cars I zipped in the fist one had spills in the cup holder and the second one was trash all over the place I felt bad because I had to meet with clients. This is not what I expected my first experiences to be. I thought I would give them another chance with the second one but it was as disturbing as the first one.

GetHuman-collegem: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
