GetHuman-sovajaus: Zipcar suspended*terminated my account without any reason.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-sovajaus: One day my card stopped working. They told me there was nothing they could do and they didn't know the reason why the back office suspended my account.i was told I had wait * days for a reason. That * days turned into a week. I was told because it was a billing a issue. All my payments were made before I even received the zipcar and with no problems. I checked personally and I asked for more information and for clarification as to what the billing problem is. Customer service just keeps telling me they don't see nothing but a billing issue and they will request further information and a deeper investigation. They also told me somebody will get back to me within * business days. This was a month ago. I called back today and I'm still getting the run around about how nobody knows really why it got terminated or what the billing issue was. I'm just told it's nothing they can do.

GetHuman-sovajaus: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-sovajaus: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zipcar to know who you are.
