~jcustomer: I simply asked the lady if i could become a member and rent a car the next day. She just told me that it "usually takes *-* business days". I then told her I leave in two days and would need to be reassured my zipcard would come within a day and she just repeated her answer again. I then told her about how i looked up that I could get the zipcard in the same day if i went to a local office. I then asked her if she could tell me where the nearest one was in tempe az. She then told me there isn't any in my area and they only have offices in new york, los angeles, chicago, philadelphia, and started naming all other cities except for phoenix.

~jcustomer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jcustomer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zipcar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jcustomer: For that I would say two out of five.

~jcustomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zipcar to know who you are.
