~collegestudent47: This is a warning to those who think they will not have to wait for a person to answer their call. I have been waiting ** minutes (and am still waiting as I type this) for someone to answer my call. The strange thing is, I had called the same number the previous day and did not have to wait more than five minutes. One thing is certain, though* this number is not as ideal as people have previously indicated in the reviews. I still think its better than calling the (***) area code number, which didn't even allow me to talk to a person without entering my Zipcard number (which I couldn't do since I hadn't even received my Zipcard at that point in time). So, caller beware.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Zipcar. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Zipcar problem?
~collegestudent47: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~collegestudent47: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zipcar's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~collegestudent47: For that I would say five out of five.

~collegestudent47: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zipcar to know who you are.
