~Brenda Hall-Cortright: I built my unicorns barn and did not get the xp's for completing the task. I cannot find a way to get in touch with Zynga to report the problem so I can have those xp's. I've worked hard on this game and am livid that there is no link to email Zynga with problems. There was a link on my cell phone but not link on my main desk top computer. Please award me my xp's. Also, your required coins are crazy! You cannot build all the freaking buildings and clear the land to put them on all an once. I had seven (*) farms going at once on Farmville * (original) and stopped playing because of these issues. I spent a lot of money on Farmville *, however, I am the victim of identity theft and money was stolen via Google play store so I cannot buy coins. PLEASE remit the xp's for my unicorn.**Brenda S. ~Brenda Hall-Cortright: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brenda Hall-Cortright: For that I would say four out of five.

~Brenda Hall-Cortright: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
