~unhappy lady: Battery service jumpstarted car with reverse polarity damaging electrical system, then denied the error. Said new battery needed so put it in...car still dead. Towed to AAA approved repair shop who told me car was fine after they replaced all blown fuses. Car wouldn't start when I picked it up. They got car started but battery kept discharging and then died. Had to tow car to another shop and replace battery, rent car during all this. Still something draining new battery due to damage to electrical system. AAA refusing to cover all incurrred expenses even tho they acknowledged fault and promised to pay. State car checked out of their shop OK and this is not their problem. Dealer and independent repair say they're wrong, adequate diagnostics not done by AAA shop and car obviously still has battery drain. Nightmare customer service.
