~Tommy: I've been trying to cancel for * months. I've made NUMEROUS requests via the proper "cancel request" form online. But I still get that charge every single month. Very glad to find this actual phone number but they are closed tonight so I'll try tomorrow. I hope this works.

~Tommy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tommy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
