~dissed: i have been having on-going connection issues which has left my medical plan participants in shambles. My BCBS provider cannot get answers from ADP, I cannot speak to a human at ADP as everything has to be through email and after waiting for ** min and * phone transfers i was actually told "no one is available, they will contact you in ***** hours". This is inexcusable. I am most likely leaving them after being a loyal customer for over * years. there is no ownership in their errors, and it appears i am a small fish as i only have **** employees* we don't seem to matter.
