~Liza: I was behind in my payments and called to try to get current so I could continue using ATD services. I was told pay past dur plus three monthsin advance and I would be caught up. It turns out that the instead put kept my past due amount on my old account and opened a new account, leaving a toatal bill for $***.** for * months since the original agreement and they refuse to go back and honor the original terms told to me, telling me they infact intead credited my new account but kept the old account open and overdue. No help from any one to resolve this matter. Cancled contract & waiting for more bills!

~Liza: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Liza: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ADT's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Liza: For that I would say one out of five.

~Liza: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ADT to know who you are.
