GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ADT customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~SupportInNameOnly: The ADT customer support picks up nearly instantaneously but their helpfulness is incredibly limited. If you have a technical issue, they'll ask you to try again in an hour or to try a different browser. They can log issues with their engineering team but they can't followup to say whether your issue was addressed. They simply suggest that you try again in ** hours to see if it their IT team fixed it. They rolled out a new website in August*September and there are a lot of bugs. The payment page is a ***. On a Mac, I can only login with Safari (not Chrome or Firefox). I haven't been able to pay my bill because of website issues and while they were happy to take care of the payment over the phone, the website is suffering. Hope this helps!

~SupportInNameOnly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ADT to know who you are.
