GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ADT customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mark S.: There was NO resolution to assist with getting my new Pulse camera back on line after * weeks of it being inoperable. Not happy at all with the customer service and the * times being transferred from one person to another without any resolution.

~Mark S.: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mark S.: For that I would say five out of five.
