~IHATEUVERSE: I dont want to write this but this is literally unbelievable... I switched from Cox because I was tired of overpaying. The install was a nightmare (had to take * separate days off work... *!!!!!!) but they got it up and running. I honestly really enjoy the service when it was working, but heres where it gets good... **My entire service went out * (i repeat * !@*$!@*% days ago) I initially called and was told someone will be out there the following day to fix the issue (which was in the line so its an external problem) No one came.... **I call ATT again, I am now told I am "high priority" and someone will be out first thing tomorrow and they will comp my first month bill. Awesome! but no one came again.... * days without internet (O and I run a business from my home)**I call ATT again (now spending almost * hours on the phone this week, maxing my data on me cell because im trying to work best i can, im sure my cell bill will be fun). "This never happens I am so sorry blah blah blah....

~IHATEUVERSE: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~IHATEUVERSE: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~IHATEUVERSE: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T U-Verse customers?
~IHATEUVERSE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
