GetHuman-20220: I was really happy to get Jeff as my rep* it is so good to get some who speak English. He was very clear is asking questions and giving tips on what to do. He seem to know exactly how to fix my problem, and it didn't take more than three minutes. Thank you again Jeff, and I wish that there were more of you at ATT. I'm sure there is, but I am sooooo glad I got you. My complaint was minor, but you did ***% job helping me.
