~livi: Absolutely do not recommend these guys. I did the ** day money back guarantee. I canceled within ** days because I could not get a solution to my slow internet service. They charged me the full month plus a second month. I have had to call them over ** times since canceling, spending about ** min each time with them, trying to get the charges off. They sent me to collections so I now have a negative report against me, despite being reassured by them that things would be taken care of. They told me repeatedly to just wait for the final bill. Everytime I called them, they said the bill was not final so they couldn't help me. Then collections told me it undoubtedly was final. I have felt like they are literally trying to ***** me out of my money. If I hadn't taken seriously good notes at to when I called and who I spoke with and what they said, and been so tenacious about getting what they promised, I would have been charged $*** for a horrible month of service.

~livi: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~livi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~livi: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T U-Verse customers?
~livi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T U-Verse to know who you are.
