GetHuman-429549: I did not know I should hold on & say nothing so I kept asking for a service rep & voice just kept talking! It asked for credit card * & when entered voice said, "that social security * is incorrect"! Say what??? I was very frustrated. I'll try again tomorrow. Wait was too long!
