GetHuman-268392: Could not understand the representative, did not speak clearly. Kept repeating the same thing not coming to a solution or conclusion. Blamed my dropped calls, severe echo, freeze ups and not holding on charge for the last * months on service problems in my area. Was absolutely no help at all. Have * of the same phones, one used by my college student * hours away and has the same issues with his phone. Very unhappy with the customer service or lack there of that I received today and will look into changing providers.
