~c: I called because the phone that I got on my first warranty call is acting the same way the first one was before the screen went dark. explained that to AT&T person. Wanted me to jump thru all the same hoops as the first time* I don't have that kind of time. So I'll call back later (because I still need a replacement phone) when I have nothing better to do than take out the battery, put it back in, take out the SIM card, put it back in ... Oh ... and repeatedly answer the question about whether the phone is damaged.
