~britney: So I want to clear up some of these post. I work for att advanced support aka technical and warranty. It is not that we refuse to replace devices but if we suspect physical or liquid damage we refer you to a store. Also we have to troubleshoot a device to see if we can fix it first. Also as far as getting charged those * time out of ** are valid the warranty states you have ** days to return it (technically we won't charge you until ** days) or if the device has ANY physical or liquid damage you will be charged. ATT does not provide the warranty the manufacturer does we just honor it. I am an American born English speaking person and you can understand me cLear as day. I also try to help every customer that I can everyday I work and do eeverything in my power to as much as I can without losing my job.
