~Melva Kerns: I have * Galaxy s* phones and they get very hot and wont hold a charge I have had * replacement phones and I even called Samsung they said AT&T should replace these phones Immediately and it has not happened. I spoke with someone in the warranty dept. and they said they would send out Galaxy s* to replace the phones and apologized for the inconvience and I never received the replacement phones. This is the worst experience I had with a phone im afraid the fone will explode on me or my kids so myself and my kids will only use the speaker due the phone heating up and afraid of it burning one of us.My son wont use his phone because of the on going issues with it he uses an old HTC that I had laying around.
