~jthompson: Mark Richards a Warranty Agent (Code: MF****) was very difficult to work with. The whole time he didn't know what was going on and he was very rude. He acted as if he was frustrated with me and I didn't too much care for it. When I asked him if he was ok he said "Why??!!" and I said "Because you seem a bit distrought." then he said "Im always distrought and i asked if we needed to speak to someone else and he said " Dont say that Im getting it:.......... * hours later he finally transferred me to another person. He is a poor example of AT&T Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!
