~fedupwithAT&T: No one knew anything! They transferred me from one person who didn't know the answer to my question to another person who didn't know. They maintained that this was NOT the warranty department, it was in fact collections. This was after waiting and being transferred for a total of ** minutes. I'm going to Verizon. I'm over AT&T.
