From corporate store telling my goddaughter how to activate on phone and warranty said I could have another phone and salesman at corporate said he wouldn't do it. I had to buy a **.** phone just to get calls this weekend. My husband passed last week and I can't be without my phone for obvious reasons. I know AT&T doesn't do customers like this and I want a phone. ASAP.
