~NaTuralWoman: AT&T is one of the worst companies I have ever experienced in all my life. I haven't had my phone on since *-**-**** and there has been * technicians to come out and numerous calls. Still no satisfaction and guess what? I'm on the phone again to try to get my service restored. I have not missed a payment since I've been with you all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~NaTuralWoman: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NaTuralWoman: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NaTuralWoman: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
