GetHuman-vanhayne: Poor customer service
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-vanhayne: Took two days and several AT&T representatives to complete my order. I called before on February * and additional three hours on February * and DirecTV was no help to me. I was disconnected several times and my order seem to be lost. The DirecTV sales rep that came to my house to hook up services said that he couldn't finish the job. He then left and canceled the order without an explanation. Tonya from AT&T called to resolve the issue and was meet with similar issues. The only reason I'm allowing DirecTV to hook up cable at my residence is for lore AT&T bill.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
GetHuman-vanhayne: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-vanhayne: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-vanhayne: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-vanhayne: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
