~SOSAD: AT & t IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERINCED IN MY LIFE, CALLED ** TIMES, DISCONNECTED * TIMES, THEY ALL NEED TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, i AM GOING BACK TO COMACAST, very dissappointed with the lack of care and customer service to new clients, it was a horrible nightmare, they all need training, and had * people just say dont text & drive and hang up on me.... really, so sad this is how a billion dollar company treats you , a sad world we live in, NO MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST GREED AND HEARTLESS PEOPLE

~SOSAD: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SOSAD: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SOSAD: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~SOSAD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
