~Regina: I have had nothing but problems with AT&T* being put on hold for as much as * *** ours and then being dropped, not knowing where to find information, telling me that my phone can not be unlocked unless I buy a new one. Being hung up on several times if ask to speak to someone else who may be able to help me, poor service reception on phone, and wifi..just to name a few. I will be writing a letter to the editor, making copies and sending them to all national newspapers tell of the trouble I have had!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Regina: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Regina: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Regina: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~Regina: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
